Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraws from the tenancy, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

A deposit equivalent to a month’s rent will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy. This is subject to referencing.

Default fee for late payment of rent
Chargeable from 14 days arrears calculated on the interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.
Lost key
